About the room
Move in ASAP
This is an older house in a great neighborhood! We were the only college students on the street but now there’s only one student in the house. I along with another one of my roommates graduated in December from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. The house was once in the beach volleyball family at UAB but last year was rented out to ‘normal’ students so it has some history. I’m looking for someone to move in ASAP. Rent is $600 a month and utilities are more or less around $100 depending on how much power and gas you use. The landlords pay for the waste and water so it’s really a good deal! It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and there is one girl still finishing out her undergrad school year there. The lease goes until May with the option to renew!
About the roomies
Right now, there is only one female undergrad student in the unit. She is in the master bedroom and relatively quiet and keeps to herself.
