Sandra's room

This is a beautiful clean and well maintained home. It was built in 2017. The total square footage is over 5000 including the basement. The room for rent is fully furnished with a TV and walk in closet. It has been rarely used except for overnight company. The tenant basically will have the bathroom to themselves except when my son visits since he does have a room of his own when staying. The upstairs also has a loft as a sitting area with TV. Tenant will access to the common areas as well as the fully finished basement with a bathroom with shower, TV and enough space to workout. There is also an opportunity to use the fitness center on the property. Tenant will also have access to the patio, with of the grill and fire pit.

Great location and very quiet and secured neighborhood with 24 hour surveillance and onsite security personnel.

I am the only person in this house as the owner. My son who is 28 years old sometimes visit on the weekends and/or Holidays.
