It’s a Private room with private closet and space w/ shared bathroom.
Its close to Publix, Walmart, UCF & Valencia College East Campus. The rent is $700 with everything included (streaming services also provided if needed)
The house: The house is occupied by me and my beautiful Shiba Inu. Im a full time student and also work full time on a family business so im barely at home. Weekends I’m open to socializing depending on each other schedules.
