The apartment community is in a complex surrounded by Harris teeter and all other essentials one would need like health care, vet, salon, restaurant, mcd, star bucks, gas, salon etc etc are in this community complex. It’s a gated community, has pool, gym etc. American tobacco trail is just right beside the unit.
Rent is $1464/2- $732 per month. Utilities like wifi, water, pest control, trash wallet pickup, electricity etc will be around $300/2 - $150 per month. So total expenses will be around $900.
