Hey everyone! I have a room available with one closet. The room is a bit on the small side, but most find it to be the perfect size for them! The bathroom is shared. Two other females live in the home, and two males. I’m the home owner and would love to find another person in that will make a great fit in the house!

Everyone gets along super well! I’m not just looking for someone to fill the room, I’m very patient with my roommate selection. I own a roofing company, am a veteran from the Marine Corps, and currently taking some college classes at Biola. Everyone living here has a full time job, and the schedules all vary, so the kitchen and bathroom is never crowded. There is a TON of parking as I don’t have a neighbor to my left, and the sidewalk is super long, so nobody but us parks right in front of the house. The driveway is also about to fit 4 cars(that’s with my F250 there as well).

*the house is very spacious and located in a great neighborhood. Only 10 minutes from Cal State Long Beach, and 12 minutes to Downtown Seal Beach.

Two females and two males currently living here, plus myself. Great dynamic so far! Would love to find another person that would fit in.
