The room is available May 1st. It comes fully furnished (bed, dresser, night stands, 50 inch tv) however we are open to negotiate. Utilities are included, which of course includes WiFi. You can arrange the room as you like. The room has a full bathroom and a walk in closet and a window looking out to the backyard with Mountain View’s. $1,000/month

If you are unfamiliar with Verrado we have lots of cool stuff around here. The house is a 7 minute walk to Fry’s, gas station, Black Rock coffee, The Craftsman, Mercado’s, Anthem Coffee, etc. Really nice area. Lots more bars and restaurants on the way.

Hi there we are a gay couple (42 and 32) We do lean a little bit more conservative but also very liberal in a lot of ways. Though we don’t get too caught up in politics, just want to let you be aware because that could be a deal breaker for some. However, no guns please

We do smoke weed and cigarettes from time to time (outside) and drink sometimes as well. But absolutely no other drugs please. Though we both work in the corporate world we are also artists (painter & musician) We are a bit hippy and tend to eat organic and fresh and Whole Foods. We are open to all types but just want to give you an idea of the type of people we are.

We do keep a very tidy house and would expect dishes to be done after use. I’m a musician and we have a recording studio upstairs. Partner is paints and draws. Both into fitness and health. We have a peloton and weights upstairs which you could use. We work a lot and I work from home about 3 days a week. Feel free to ask us anything and we look forward to meeting.
