Very spacious (200 sqft), private room in a shared house. Already furnished. Property located within a10min drive from Brickell, Downtown, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Miami Int. Airport, etc. Next to I-95. Public transportation, including bus and metro rail are available within walking distance

There are two other roommates (including myself). I work during the day, the other roommate works from home. There are three bedrooms in the house (one for each roommate).
