Looking for a roommate for the house I am purchasing. Will be closing this month, house is in a great area and safe neighborhood, 10 minutes from the airport, and a little out in the country so its quiet. You won’t find a better spot! Looking to rent out 1 of the 3 rooms in the house, you would have your own personal bathroom and full access to Kitchen, Living room , backyard and so forth.
