Shared use of a single family home, newly renovated. Room has access to a private sunporch, hardwood floors, nice wood work and good sized closet. Room has it’s own heat/central air for you to control. The area is phenomenal.. short distance to downtown and colt state park and near to bike path. Laundry is in basement and some storage (if needed!). Room can be furnished with a bed or not. Off street parking as well and lovely yard in the spring & summer! All utilities included. Month to month.
