About the room
Private bedroom with private detached bathroom. Big backyard with screened patio. Shared living room and kitchen. There is a den as well as a spare bedroom that can be used for office space.
We have two big dogs (Lab and mix). We will supply kitchen supplies but no furniture for the bedroom/bathroom.
Brazilian/American household.
We do like to have people over and would like somebody who would like to socialize as well. During the week we work and study so the house is pretty quiet.
We do smoke weed outside but no cigarettes in the house.
Rent includes a bi-weekly maid service and lawn care.
About the roomies
Married couple (21 years old M/21 years old F). Full-time students and full-time employed. 27-year-old man fully employed. We have lived together for a long time. We do like to have gatherings on the weekends occasionally but for the most part, the home is quiet.
