Lindsey's room

This is a great space to unwind and relax after a long day. I am offering a large room with great natural light on the second floor. There is a huge cedar closet! The room is currently fully furnished but if you want to bring your own things, that is fine. The flooring is about a year old so please no scratches. There is room in the partially finished basement to create your own living room or office area. The full bathroom (updated) is shared but is very tidy. There is a half bath on the first and third floor. There is ample seating in the garden and two porches to relax on (lovely people watching). We are in a great area for dining out and walking to shops in the South Wedge or Park Ave area. Highland Park and Cobbs Hill are within walking distance (I walk to both often). No pets please and NO cigarettes. Cannabis is welcome outside. We are a clean and quiet house but we are not afraid to be social. Cleanliness, kindness and respect are very important in this house!

I am the property owner and I would be two rooms down from you. My good friend (male) rents the third floor from me. We are both health conscious and enjoy a well balanced life style. I work a typical 9-5 in health insurance and go to school full time. He works overnights at a rehab facility. Please be mindful of our sleeping schedules. We have been friends for years and when schedules link up, we enjoy watching shows or going out for a bit. On occasion, I will have a few friends over but most of the time the house is very quiet. I am conscious about the environment so we strive for no food or energy waste. I enjoy working in the garden, girls nights out and helping the community. He enjoys golf, biking and going to the gym. We are hoping to find someone who will mesh well with our personalities and lifestyles :)
