Shared common areas include the living room, kitchen, laundry, and patio. Access to community pool, spa, and grass area.

Looking for a single professional female or professional couple to share our home with. There would be an additional $200/mo charge for a couple.

UTILITIES: trash, fast WiFi, and water included in rent. Gas and Electricity is split among the people living in the home.

Rent: month-to-month, but looking for someone who wants to stay more long term

About Us: My husband and I are a professional couple in our late 20s. We are friendly, enjoy outdoor activities, and keep a clean home. Both of us get up early for work and typically go to bed earlier on the week days. Our home is a place we go to relax and recharge, but occasionally will have a few people over.

We do have 1 consistently groomed little Pomeranian, but no more pets.
