About the room
Room available on 2/1 with a 1-year lease! Unfortunately our current roomie is moving back to the East Coast, so we are looking for a roommate to fill an open room in our 4 bed/4 bath 3-story townhouse in West Adams (Mid-City area)
Room has a private bathroom with glass shower (not en-suite however you have this bathroom entirely to yourself). Rent is $1050/month + $1150 deposit + utilities (room will be unfurnished when you move in unless you’d like to buy some furniture from the current girl living here!)
PROs: In unit washer/dryer, gas stove, central heat/AC, shared patio, 4 parking spots, very fun roomies, AND a super cute & playful 6 month old kitten named Alfie (pictured)
About the roomies
Alexis is 24 and nannies. She loves to work out and thrift. Lizzie is 26 and works hybrid. She likes to travel and stay active in her free time. I (Nicole) am an accountant and like to try new food spots.
We love to spend time with one another, but also respect space and everyone’s different schedules.
