Fully Furnished House. 2 rooms available. This one is a King bed and private bathroom. Rent includes all utilities, including cable TV (open to splitting the premium channels you want, but currently don’t have any) and the highest level internet and wifi offered by Xfinity. It’s fast. Also includes bi-monthly maid service. Good sized, private back yard (high fence) and patio with gas and charcoal grills and a big table. I use the detached garage as 3 season room and for storage. Easy street parking in front of the house. Very quiet, very safe, neighborhood. Month to month rent with first month and 1 month’s security deposit due at sublease signing. Extra monthly fee and deposit for pets, depending on the pet. Guest room could be turned back into an office for an additional monthly fee.

It is also an option to have the upstairs bedroom area to yourself (and we won’t add a second roommate) for $2000/mo. We’d share the kitchen and living room essentially (and my bathroom would be next to yours). I also have my own living room area and half bath downstairs. (maybe occasionally I’d have a guest in the guest room if you don’t want it as an office).

I’m a 49 yo musician and former mortgage professional turned driver while I figure out what’s next for myself. Mostly I work nights and weekends these days. I’m super easy to get along with (and really any ages) aside from the fact that it’s in my nature to be messy and that I’m not a great cleaner (hence the maid twice a month). I’m pretty coachable and I try to be more mindful of common areas. I’m an outdoor smoker and drink almost exclusively socially. No smoking inside the house.
