Kaylan's room

Close to the high way but minimal traffic in front of the house. Basement for storage and access to a fenced in garden in the winter. There are upstairs neighbors that are friendly.

Two female roommate in thier late 20s and one medium sized dog. Unfortunately the landlord does not want any additional animals unless they’re caged. We’re both relatively quiet and clean people.
