Well I have a three bedroom apartment with one of the available. The room is $1400. It is available now. We pay the utilities and all the bills so all you will be paying for is your part of the rent. It’s going to be a shared bathroom with one female. We have a washer and dryer in the apartment and a lot of kitchen appliances. There is street parking if needed or garage parking for additional charge.

I am a female with a male roommate (best friend) that I share a room with. I have a maltipoo who loves people and other animals. I like to cook and watch tv shows on my days off.. We are quiet and clean people. I like to be social but respect people’s privacy and thing. I can be a friend or just roommate.
