About the room

Well I have a three bedroom apartment with one of them available. The room is $1500. It will be available in May. We pay all the utilities and all the bills so all you will be paying for is your portion of the rent. It’s going to be a shared bathroom with one female. We have a washer and dryer in the apartment and a lot of kitchen appliances. There is street parking if needed or garage parking for additional charge.

About the roomies

I am a female with a male roommate (best friend) that I share a room with. I have a maltipoo who loves people and other animals. I like to cook and watch tv shows on my days off.. We are quiet and clean people. I like to be social but respect people’s privacy and thing. I can be a friend or just roommate. We have another roommate who is very quiet and respectful.
