Osage Street

This is a room in a 4 bedroom student living apartment called colab apartments, it’s right across the street from cu denver.

There is three girls and we’re best friends, we’re pretty average college students. We are all three artists and I would call us maximalists our apartment has a LOT of unique stuff, but it’s tasteful of course :P. We’re also pretty clean, and would prefer someone clean. The room available has no window, but we have a fairly large living area full of windows and a balcony. We have three cats so we’d prefer no pets. There is a washer/dryer in unit, a pool, and all bills are included in the $821 rent. Because this is student living we’d prefer someone around 18-23 years old, we are all 20-21. We are pretty outgoing, and can be pretty loud at times. As long as you’re cool with artists, cats, and weed you’ll fit right in!
