Furnished master bedroom in furnished 2B/2.5Ba townhome with 2-car garage and enclosed backyard in gated Mission Valley community, looking for someone to take my spot on the lease while I work out of the country until the lease ends on August 31. Plentiful windows with greenery and natural light pouring in. Quiet neighbors. We were really lucky to get this place at the price we did. My bedroom furniture will be for you to use to your heart’s content until I get back. The rest of my stuff will go in a storage unit to clear the way for you. Community lap pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, dog park, etc.

My roommate, Trey (easygoing sailing enthusiast and Naval officer), will be your roommate. He lives in Bedroom 2 (see floor plan). Loves going out on the water in his boat and having fun. Graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.
