Stella's room

Searching for a roommate or coupe for the 2 bedrooms downstairs and private bathroom. Move in is March 1st. Bathroom downstairs is sometimes used for easy access but we supply toilet paper and soap if that’s the case.

We have a cat and a dog so we prefer people with no pets. Absolutely no cigarette smoking but we are 🍃 friendly. Utilities are around $300-400 total per month. $85 for internet and around $200 for power and gas( it varies and we are switching internet providers to get a cheaper deal) There is a washer and dryer upstairs that is shared.

We like to host gatherings and would love to have someone who would want to be a part of things and hang out occasionally. Getting along and being able to communicate is necessary.

I’m 24 and work as a college and career advisor at a high school, my boyfriend is 26 and works in film. We go out often but are also home a lot. I like to crochet and read, we both like to play video and board games and would love to have anyone join us!
