Loft room available in a cute Mt. Airy 3bd home. Great location, with steps away from Germantown Ave and shops and restaurants, and blocks from the regional rail train station.

The room is modest, about 400sq with a private full bath on the third floor of the house. There is also a private roof deck. It comes not furnished.

The house has a nice backyard, renovated kitchen, storage shed, basement storage, fully upgraded kitchen, a dining room on the first floor and a tv room upstairs. We would be sharing the house just the two of us.

I am a female in my 40s, very busy at work, like to keep things tidy, easygoing, into art and gardening. Looking for someone who is similar.
