Accommodations for third roommate would be: • 1 Bedroom with large closet • Shared Bathroom • 1 Parking Spot • Monthly Rent: $1,500 (Includes water and wifi) • ⅓ of Monthly Gas and Electric
General Notes: • Large renovated living room and kitchen with fireplace and natural light • Washer and Dryer Included • Storage space on property • Beautiful back deck • No Dogs/Cats • No Smoking • Snow removal service not included (except for back porch) • Preferred Gender: Female • Long term lease: (1 year ideal) Beginning February 2024
