Looking for someone to take over my lease in a cute townhouse with a fenced in backyard in Northern Arlington (Glebewood Neighborhood)! The room available is the biggest room in the house, has a big closet, and gets a lot of sunlight! The neighborhood itself is really cute and unique and has lots of friendly neighbors. It’s a short bus ride from the Ballston metro and is on the ART 55, 72 lines, Metrobus 23A, 23T and close to I-66 for commuting. The parking is on street as well. You’d share the bathroom with another roommate. One roommate has a dog so no other cats or dogs are allowed. Rent is $1050 and utilities are usually around $55 a month. The room is available now and the lease ends August 1st with possibility of renewal 🙂 Must apply with the landlord as well. Please DM me with any interest!

The roommates are two friendly women in their late twenties and early thirties who work as a nanny and a teacher. The teacher does improv and ghost tours and loves to hang out when she’s home. The nanny tends to be in and out but has a very sweet dog who lives in the basement with her.
