There is communal storage outside the bedroom and an up-to-date bathroom. Garage parking is available for an additional cost (separate from rent).

Two female roommates. The first roommate, whom you share a bathroom with, is a kind, mid-20 working professional who works from home and pretty reserved. The second roommate is a grad student who enjoys baking and cooking. She has her own bathroom on the third floor and is very hands on with the ongoing in the apartment (including fixing appliances, utilities, and handles payment).
