Renting out a room. Currently looking for a female since the other room is being rented by a female. It would only be the 2 of you. Rent is 620 plus half the electric bill. Internet is included. You get your private room. Shared Kitchen , shared living room and shower. You will have your own toilet and sink area (powder room) which is private. The tub/shower is shared. No laundry in the unit but there is a communal laundry room for the entire building. I recommend the nicer laundry right across the street. There is a dunkin, laundry, international supermarket,chinese place and other random stuff right across the street. Its about a 3 minute walk. I have priced this room affordably because I want a responsible/respectful person in the room with the stable job. No pets or smoking inside.

With a strong commitment to cleanliness and order, she consistently fulfills her duties in keeping common areas, such as the kitchen and living room, immaculate. In addition to her impeccable housekeeping skills, her exceptional communication abilities have consistently fostered a positive and harmonious atmosphere within the condo. I have had no bad experiences with her. This would be a 1 year lease. I will need proof of income, employment and need to verify employment with references.
