2500 sqft home on 5k sqft property in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Room and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. Room is approx 11x10. We’d share all common areas. Less than 5 mins from several restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, etc. Rent is for a unfurnished room that includes utilities, cleaning service and Internet.

We are a married couple in our late 30’s/ early 40’s with a small service dog. Keep things clean and tidy and are respectful. Both work full-time. Occasionally go out on the weekends and entertain on special occasions. Looking for the same in our roommate.
