It’s a 4B/4B so you would have your own bathroom! The rent is $1,406 a month including utilities and access to all the building’s amenities (pool, gym, mail room, study rooms, and bike room). The unit includes a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. I also have an indoor garage parking spot available for an additional $185 a month. The building is in a great location right on King Street. The unit is on the top floor with great views.
