Jackie's room

This is for the rental of a private room with bathroom and access to all other amenities the home offers. The room is the only one on the bottom floor. The Bathroom is also the only one downstairs, this means it is shared as the guest bathroom. Although we try to go upstairs to use our own when possible. Amenities include private mini fridge in the room, laundry, full kitchen with gas stove and double ovens, outdoor fire pit and BBQ, pool table, spa and pool. We are located close to gas, restaurants, and stores. As well as GB3 (gym) and walking trails.

The living room is downstairs and the owner will also share this space!

It is myself, my 17 year old son and another 17 year old, both Seniors in HS. We are gone majority of the time as we each work multiple jobs. We occupy the entire upstairs. We have two very loving and friendly dogs, a German Shepard and German Short hair. They are not allowed on the furniture and stay outside during the day.
