It’s in a 5,000 square feet house that is just like new and is owner occupied. There are no children or pets present. This is an adult owned and occupied home that caters to our professional and military community. We fully understand and appreciate each of you! This is the PERFECT GeoBatch situation. We have been serving our military for years! The room is fully furnished with queen bed and furniture that is all matching and in excellent condition. There are no noisy anyone’s or anything’s around. Incredible view plus full use of the swim club that is 2 minutes away. All utilities, cable tv (in room), laundry, internet, and everything else is included. It’s a very large house. Available month to month after the first six months. $1150.00 per month with a $500.00 deposit. This is a no smoking/drugs/drama pet free home. (That means no pets…not that pets stay FREE!) Again, the house is owner occupied with other professionals and military as housemates. This single occupancy room really is the nicest, cleanest, quietest, most comfortable place you’ll find!!
