Master Bedroom with walk-in closet and a private bathroom (Shower only). The room has two East-facing windows, so there is plenty of natural light. There is a ceiling fan and outlets on each wall. The room is carpeted. (Room Dimensions: 16’ Long, 12’ Wide, and 8’ Tall)

Kitchen has all the necessary appliances as well as a dishwasher. Roommates also own an air fryer. Kitchen and Living Room have laminate floors. Laundry is in a closet connected to the kitchen. There is also a small, screened Balcony accessible through the Living Room.

Water bill is included in the rent. Electricity bill fluctuates between $25 to $60 per person. Wifi is $16 per person.

I am looking for someone to take my spot on the lease, as I need to move back to Tennessee. There is a $500 fee for removing/adding names to the lease, so that would be split between myself and whoever takes my spot. The Lease lasts until July 1st.

Aimee (23, Female) is a wardrobe supervisor for a theatre company on Hilton Head Island. She has a BFA in Costume Design from SCAD. She is from Missouri. Aimee is likely looking for someone to live with after the current lease is up. She is interested in renewing the Lease if the same rate of rent is still available.

Sarah (26, Female) works at an Air Conditioner Repair company on Hilton Head Island. She has a BA in Writing from Georgia Southern University. Sarah has a cat named Callie. After the current Lease is up, Sarah will be moving into a new apartment with her Fiance, Ricky. Ricky is currently deployed with the United States Military.

Callie (7, Feline) loves attention and may beg to be let into your room if you are the only one home. She is generally affectionate, but she is not much for cuddling. It remains to be seen if she would be ok sharing the apartment with another animal, but most likely another cat would be fine.
