This is a cute 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house located 3 miles from downtown Saratoga Springs. Newly renovated kitchen and hardwood floors in late 2022. Laundry is on the first floor, both the washer and dryer were replaced in the last year. There are no animals that currently live here. I take care of lawn care, there is a front side and back yard. There is also a car port on the side of the house that is currently used as outdoor dining in the summer. This is a 3 bedroom house but I only want one roommate. We can share the 3rd room as an office, get ready room, or yoga studio.
