Pradera Circle

This used to be my room but I am sadly moving on from it. The least I could do is try and find my roommate (female in her 60s) a decent person to fill my spot on such short notice. Nice sized room with a sliding door to a semi-private courtyard/garden area. A little boho oasis in the middle of the desert. Comes furnished with a few items including a dresser drawer, mattress/bed, some shelving. The (private) bathroom has a tub and tile. The space itself is nearly detached from the rest of the home and you can go for days without seeing each other despite her being a homebody. W/D in the garage to be shared with your roommate, and covered space for a car. Plenty of storage options in the home. Close to an Albertsons, Smiths, Planet Fitness, some fast food, great Thai takeout restaurant, and vegan restaurant. Nicely tucked away neighborhood, cozy home with the illusion of seclusion.

Few things: She works remote from home in the day time from her room, is plant-based, very liberal, typically very conversational, has two middle-aged cats Sako and JJ, a k-drama fanatic, is a home body, and an ornery yet good-willed individual. Seemingly financially stable person, she always pays for the rent and utilities early and in their entirety prior to sending me the itemized total and requesting my half. *** particularly looking for someone that can commit to a year + because different personalities and circumstances for the last 5 years of her residency in the home has been exhausting ***
