Quiet neighborhood. Parking available on property. Tenant has private bathroom. Washer and dryer available for use. Full kitchen available as well. I have 2 dogs. They are friendly to guests…other pets well they aren’t mean but they are territorial. Dogs ok depending on temperament and manners.

I am a single woman in my 40’s. I work a lot… I am not OCD but my home is not a mess either. I have dogs so tenant must be pet friendly. I don’t go out and party. More of a get off work, eat a little dinner and watch some movies. I’m usually in bed early and up in the mornings early as well. I am considerate and friendly. Any questions feel free to text.
