3 Bedroom apt in OTR with two rooms available. I do have a very affectionate cat named Carmy. All utilities included, your share would be $800 a month. The apartment is 2 stories with a very useable attic space to share as well. Street parking. 4th floor with no elevator. Shared kitchen and bath.

I am a culinary instructor and I am gone through the days and most nights. I am chill and laidback and hate drama. I get along with almost everyone. When I am in the apartment, I mostly watch tv and cook. I don’t smoke or drink (prefer non-smokers only). I am cannabis friendly but the landlord makes you go outside to do it, no smoking in the apartment.
