47th Street West

We are old friends sharing this very large house. We each have our own rooms and bathrooms. The main floor has a large living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. Both of us work long hours mon-fri and sometimes weekends. Both of us have boyfriends out of state and we travel often. Every once in a while they are here but it’s coordinated in advance. We would prefer limited over night guests. We are a very clean household and respectful of each other’s space and sleeping schedules.
