About the room
I will upgrade to a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in my current complex if I can find the right roommate. There is a variety of floor plans, we will get one with laundry inside and a balcony. I put my 60 day notice in end of January, this is when I would notify them of my intention to change apartments and see what is available. All utilities and internet would be in my name, I would prefer that your name be added onto the lease as well.
About the roomies
Just me, no pets no children. I do have a girlfriend who would stay over a few nights a week but the apartment are pretty spaced apart in most floor plans. I work M - F 1030 to 730 and generally am a homebody. If you have furniture I would consider selling mine to make room for yours however I do have everything that is needed.
