One spacious bedroom with a closet and windows in the bedroom. Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining room. If you are looking for short term it’s available. My lease goes until September. My rent is $1400 so split would be $700. The bedroom itself is NOT furnished. If you would like to bring a dog, we can discuss that and have ours meet to make sure they get along first.

I am in school full-time and have a full-time job. I have an older (10 years old this year) American Bully named Gus. He is extremely friendly to humans and likes to lay around all day. He rarely barks, but will become your best friend.
