Emma's room

The apartment is a two bedroom and one bathroom. We are on the second floor (Second floor out of two floors). I will be renting out the bigger bedroom with a decent sized walk in closet. The apartment is hardwood and the bedrooms are carpet. The room isn’t furnished other than a twin size bed if you would like it. We have a washer and dryer in unit. The kitchen is stocked with all dishes and appliances including: a microwave, air fryer, oven/stovetop, crockpot, griddle, blender that you may use. There is a balcony looking out Sandy Blvd with extra storage. If you are sensitive to noise, this room may not be for you as it’s right by airport way and a train track, although it does eventually become white noise. I’m looking for a roommate that is responsible when it comes to cleaning the shared spaces, I don’t care what your room looks like as long as you help out with cleaning the apartment on a weekly basis. I will always have cleaning supplies on hand and we have a roomba and a vacuum you may use as long as you empty the vacuum garbage storage after every use. You are more than welcome to have people over anytime as long as you just send me a quick text if someone is coming over that day so I’m not scared by any unknown beings in the house haha, I will do the same. You will have to be approved by me and the apartment manager and join the lease.

Hi I’m Emma Dwyer, I’m 18, and I will be your roommate, the lease ends August 10th and my roommate is bailing because she can no longer afford her portion of rent. Most of the time I’m at work as I work 60 hours a week at my two jobs, I’m an Administrative Labor Assistant at Teamsters and an assistant manager at Papa Murphys. In my free time I’m probably watching Supernatural and cuddling my cats. I’m a music lover but I will keep it down if you are bothered at anytime. I have 6 very friendly cats although they are a bit shy at first, with having cats I have two big litter boxes around the house. I spend I tend to keep to myself but if you would like to build a friendship I’m happy to as well. I’m not obnoxiously clean but I would like a decently clean space.
