About the room
Room available for rent in the heart of Downtown Long Beach. Recently built beautiful apartments with amenities, security parking gate, and luxury feel.
The room for rent is a master bedroom with its own private bathroom. It is fully furnished, although that can be negotiated if not desired. If you have a car, the option would be street parking.
The apartments are about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Not to mention a walkable distance to all the wonderful restaurants and shops that downtown has to offer.

We personally don’t drink at all, but we don’t mind if you have your drinks as long as it’s not excessive in the apartment. We have a cat named Bellamy that is cute and loving. Due to this no other pets are allowed.
