This a 3 bedroom 1 bath house in West Redding just off Eureka Way. Quiet neighborhood, just 3-6 minute drive to Downtown Redding, YMCA, Grocery Outlet, CVS, Starbucks, Sundial Bridge and a few blocks away from river trail access. There is a large backyard with a patio. Bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry washer/dryer are all shared. The room is 12 X 12 with a closet, lots of windows, and great light. The room has its own wall heater/AC. Rent is $850-plus 1/3 utilities ($50-70 month average). Minimum 6 month lease. If renting for 1 year, I will reimburse $300- at the end of the year. So your rent will come out to $825- a month instead of $850-.

You will be sharing the house with just me, the home owner. I am 62, but a young spirit at heart. I am easy going, kind, and thoughtful. I love spending time with family outside my home and rarely have guests over. I love nature, cooking, music and yoga . I work part time. I have a very tame and shy cat.
