Spacious studio apartment located in the heart of Chinatown. This space is perfect for one person or a couple. The building’s heat is more than enough and the only utility you pay is Con Edison’s electricity. The apartment is partially furnished with a TV, desk, kitchen appliances and full size mattress (unless you want to bring your own). The apartment is conveniently located near the B, D and F line and surrounded by nearby supermarkets and cheap eats.

There are currently no roommates. I have been living here for some time and it is more than enough space. The neighbors and everyone in the building are very quiet, nobody here parties or smokes in the building.
