Luke's room

This house is a 3 bedroom home that will be shared with me and my 2 dogs (boxer & maltipoo). No other pets will be allowed. The room available for rent is adjacent to a private bathroom. House is modernly decorated, open space floor plan with tall ceilings and windows that allow the light to shine and light up the home. Backyard has a fire pit, bbq, lounging, LOTS of board games, card games and yard games (yard jenga, darts, corn hole). Neighbors are all very friendly. I have security cameras along the outside perimeter of the house and an ADT security alarm installed. There is a motion sensor light in front of the house

Im a first time home owner, just purchased my house last year. Im a civil engineer working for Caltrans. Im currently teleworking until March 2024, so Im home most of the time or visiting my family if not. I got my Bachelors from Chico State in 2018 and moved to the Sacramento area afterwards. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, my dog and my friends. I really enjoy live music, breweries, farmers markets, hiking, kayaking, and snowboarding. I love going to church and growing in my faith as a Christian. I love road tripping - my next road trip I want to explore the Rocky Mountains.
