Cute condo with pool access. Kitchen, bathroom and living room shared right off shepherd Rd in mulberry/South Lakeland. No couples and no guests unless talked about before hand. Preferably service industry individuals due to our schedules in the food industry. Very quiet neighborhood and amazing view.

My fiance and I work in the food industry and are very friendly and personable. We have a little dog and she’s very sweet and loves people. We’re night owls and enjoy cooking and watching football. No drama. We’re hoping to find a good roommate to share our condo and personalities with.
