I’m looking to rent a spare 12x12 room with two windows, closet with built in shelves, and carpeted floor. Located 15ish minutes south of downtown Indianapolis and 15 minutes away from Greenwood Park Mall. A bathroom is located just a few steps away with 2 sinks and a shower/bathtub. The only reason I marked shared bathroom is because I use this bathroom to give my dog a bath 😆. The room does already have a queen sized bed and a nightstand that you can use if you’d like. The backyard, kitchen, living room, and loft are all shareable living spaces. I just ask that you clean up after yourself and are relatively organized. The backyard is fenced in with a small fire pit included. You can park for free on the driveway or the street. If you smoke 🍃, that’s fine. Just no smoking/vaping in the house please.

I’m a 29 year old male with a 3 year old dog (pitbull) that is very sweet and friendly. She gets overly excited and playful around other cats/dogs so for that reason, no pets are allowed. I work a full time job during first shift. Video games, the gym, and my dog take up the majority of my remaining free time.
