Cute little 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with a fenced patio and covered front porch. Living spaces are downstairs and bedrooms are upstairs. Washer and dryer available for reasonable usage. Designated parking space available but not covered.

I’m an Esthetician and have my own business in Grapevine since 2008. I have 2 cats that are about 2 years old, one is super sweet and quiet and the other is playful and fun. I’m pretty easy going and strive to have my home be my sanctuary and place of peace. I do enjoy having friends over occasionally for cards or board games but nothing crazy or too loud. I am an early bird so I would love to have a roommate that is one also or at the very least is not a loud night owl.
