About the room
I have rented at this property for almost 7 years and absolutely love the sanctuary that I have created. The neighborhood is friendly, safe, and close access to Route 50. We are tucked back in and butt up against a wooded area. I have a fenced-in yard for a Miniature Schnoodle. I am renting out two small rooms and private bath for a total of $1,500 or the one larger room for $1,200. It is on the same level as my master suite.
