Hey, I’m a student trying to give up my lease. The way to do it is to promote but the choice here is to have a roommate and divide the $630 by 2 and the security deposit of $635 by 2 as well. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom. The reason why I’m trying to give it up is because I found out I have to live in dorms the first year at the university I’m attending which I put at pause. The lease is until Feb 28, 2025. You and a roommate would sign a new lease or you by your self. Me and my sister would sign as well. Meaning you would be the new tenant of the apartment. If it helps students and small families live on the property. The time I stayed there the neighbors were friendly. Pets are also allowed at this property which is a $200 deposit fee at first and then $25 rent per pet. 2 pets per unit. PLEASE HELP ME OUT AND LET ME HELP YOU TOO!

If you find a roommate this divided by 2 is well affordable which is what me and my sister did. I can’t live here anymore due to me having to live in dorms the first year attending university.
