I am looking for a room mate to share my spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The building is a town house style apartment located in Old Towne Gaithersburg, MD The rooms are spacious with shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is also a half bathroom on the main level with kitchen, dining area and living room. Its a bedroom that i am sub-renting for only one individual.

i am an intelligent, hardworking and focused individual that work during the day and home at night. I have no pets and maintain a very clean living space. I do not smoke and I try not to violates any leasing agreement.
