Our home is in a gated community on a golf course in Bend, OR. The property is 1.25 acres and offers a luxury lifestyle and gorgeous golf course views. Your room comes fully furnished, with a brand-new queen mattress, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. It’s a large room 650 sqft and 10 ft tall ceilings. It’s location down your own private hallway and offers a beautiful golf course view.

• $1800 monthly rent

Who are we: We are a couple who work during the week and like to entertain with friends on the weekend. Renee is 36-year-old female and Tim is 45-year-old male. We are very clean and travel often. We have a Bengal cat, who is hypo allogenic.

We are looking for a roommate, preferably female, who is a working professional, traveling nurse or elderly.

Our home is a single level home and entirely step-less (meaning no stairs or steps anywhere, ADA) which would be a great fit for an elderly person who is still independent.
