This apartment is located in a great area. We’re very close to del amo mall as well as plethora of food options in walking distance. The beach is about a mile away.

The area feels safe, is across the street from a church and theres a school a little ways down the road. It is a 2 min walk to a 24 hour Mc Donalds so if you get home late or hungry late at night, it’s always an option.

The complex has a beautiful and lush atrium feeling walkway to the apartment and a heated pool to enjoy.

The apartment has a large living room, kitchen, dining area by the kitchen, and has a door that can seperate the living room from the hallways that lead to the bedrooms which acts as additional soundproofing between the bedrooms and common areas.

The bedroom while nothing grand, is deffinetely no shoebox, and provides plenty of comfortable space. The closet in the room, however, is a bit on the smaller side but nevertheless will fit all your clothes and provide additional storage for many other belongings.

I 25M work as a deckhand and go to school. I enjoy surfing, golfing, and video gaming in my free time (if you play chess thats a bonus because I never have anyone to play against).

My roomate 28M works in the maritime industry as well, he also enjoys golfing and gaming but tends to stick to his room more often than frequent the common areas.

I also have a dog. Her name is Harley, she’s a 1 year old retriever/saint bernard rescue. She’s the sweetest thing in the world, loves attention, and doesnt make a whole lot of noise. We are pretty laid back and decently tidy, (Harley being the exception as she likes to disembowel her toys and strew their stuffing about hahaha) You are welcome to have guests, it would be your apartment too and you should feel comfortable! My girlfriend is frequently over, my roomate’s as well at times, and I sometimes have friends over for game nights and such, but no big parties or anything too rowdy. I do not drink, but my roomate is a sucker for wine. The neighbors are very friendly but tend to keep to themselves and we work to be respectful of them by not being to loud especially going to and from the apartment as the atrium has an echo. and the on-site landlord is super friendly but strict .
