Private room with shared bathroom (Bathroom shared with one female roommate) in prime location in Clayton!! This home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood right outside of downtown Clayton. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Current occupants of the home are two females in their twenties. It is preferred that a female take over this room, but we are willing to meet and consider males at this time! This home IS PET FRIENDLY! animals are welcomed and loved in this home. Currently one roommate has a dog. Both roommates are very 4/20 friendly, and accepting and welcoming. The dynamics of the home are laid back and chill people who tend to relax in their downtime- comfort is key in this home.
